The Federal Aviation Administration used Powersim business simulation solutions
to support its re-engineering efforts in the labor management division of air traffic
controllers. Powersim developed a Strategic Training Simulation that was used to
better understand the cost and time associated with different scenarios of handling
conflict resolutions within the FAA.
