	Powersim ExTrain™ is our proprietary simulation-based management training and strategy communication tool with several implementation options. As a strategy communication tool, ExPlan™ helps managers to drive strategy down and across their organizations to facilitate employee feedback and approval for its successful execution. As a training tool, it enables managers to build the essential skills for enhancing their business perspectives through learning-by-doing. By using ExTrain™ for management training, you can improve the collaborative intelligence of your management teams, breakdown functional silos, put strategies into action, increase participants' retention, and reduce the number and cost of repeated training sessions. When simulations are delivered on ExTrain™, users are able to run a business in a risk-free simulated environment. The main capabilities of the tool include the abilities to: Host multiple participants within the same simulation environment in both a facilitated and user-run mode. Deploy training or strategy communication simulations that integrate the decisions of multiple participants in competitive, collaborative and non-competitive simulations. 	ExTrain™ is built on Microsoft . NET technology and it connects to simulation models through Powersim SDK software. It utilizes key . NET technologies to deliver robust and scaleable applications that can be deployed in a number of scenarios from single systems to multiple servers. All programs are Windows Forms applications that can be delivered and easily maintained over the web without the use of a browser. This provides the end-user with a rich, interactive experience while also centralizing data management and simulation execution.
